Our Skyline Grower online shop is currently open but we are working on a reduced capacity due to the COVID-19 outbreak. Our priority is to ensure the safety and welfare of our staff during this difficult time. We will do our best to fulfil orders, but we are also relying on a restricted courier service, so please bear with us for the delivery of your order. We apologise for any inconvenience caused by any delays and would like to thank everyone for their patience and understanding at this time. We will continue to monitor our situation in line with guidance from the UK Government and keep everyone posted of any changes. Thank you.

At Skyline Grower we put our customers first. All our products come with a 12 month warranty from date of purchase. If your goods are faulty or damaged then we will replace them. However, if you are unhappy with a product, or want to return an item, then we allow 28 days from date of purchase if the product has not been used or damaged. All items must be returned as sold with all appropriate packaging in place, as per our terms and conditions of sale. If an item is returned in a state that cannot be resold, then the product maybe refused and will be returned to the customer accordingly.


Please contact returns@skylinegrower.com for a FREE returns label, this will arrive with you in 2-3 working days. When returning a product to us, please make sure the box is secured and safe to prevent damages. Please place the returns label on top of the box, away from the edges and creases, then take to your local Post Office. We can also offer a FREE parcel collection service, if you wish to return your products using this method then please contact us to confirm a time slot. Once your return is received at SKYLINE GROWER, we will process your return and refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item, providing the product is in its original packaging and condition. We advise that you keep your proof of postage, so we can process the return more efficiently.

For all orders under £100, you will need to arrange the return of your parcel using a carrier of your choice to the address below. We strongly advise obtaining your proof of postage and tracking number to prevent any discrepancies.

Please note: Returning items are the responsibility of the sender until the parcel has been received by the returns department at SKYLINE GROWER. It is advisable to obtain a receipt of postage from the Royal Mail or add a tracked service to the parcel so that you can track the progress of your return.
